One of Platypus latest designs and building on the success of the Hoser, this Big Zip EVO is packed with improved features including the larger flow rate delivery
One of the main features is as the name suggests, the Big Zip water entrance which can easily be filled one handed with their pincher grip design feature. With their secure slide lock closer it’s also significantly easier to close after filling providing peace of mind there won’t be leaking internally
Coupled with easier filling facilities the Big Zip Evo is now easier to clean and dry the bladder system now with the improved wider access - Platypus call this their centre baffle access
Fitted with a quick release hose valve you can quickly take out the reservoir from your pack to fill without having to drag the hose too. The hose too is equipped with a shut-off resulting in secure stowing when not in use
Platypus have then thrown technology at the water bladder and embedded Silver-ion which protects clean water from mould and bacteria. And as ever the materials they use are all certified BPA-free, BPS-free and phthalate-free
